Slide share is presentation central. There are a number of Powerpoint presentations. I can search my desired topic, and chaces are I will find a presentation. After downloading it to my computer, I can use it as is or make changes. This is a great way to present information during lessons, and not having to start from scratch every time allows me to spend my time in other creative ways.
This website, Principles of Composition, has a number of things to offer. First, it gives clear descriptions of parts of speech, sentence structure, the writing process, and more. There are some pre-made powerpoints available as well. The best part, and the part I plan to use with my students, is the Quiz section. There are quizzes to improve grammar skills, encourage sentence variety, expand vocabulary, and more. Not only does the website check the quizzes for the students, it also offers explanations justifying the correct answer.
This website offers a wide variety of interactive games for students. Some of the games I can see assigning my students to use are the Hero Journey and the Elements of Literature Map. This website makes graphic organizers fun and modern.
